The estate is located in Grésivaudan, Isere. Isere is an IGP for wines made in the mountainous department of the same name on the eastern border of France. Winemaking: In general, the vinifications are carried out as naturally as possible, without any external additives. The goal is to preserve the intrinsic character of each grape variety and its terroir. The harvest is exclusively carried out by hand, selecting the healthiest grapes. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. The wines are aged on their lees, some of which are aged in oak barrels. The vinifications are carried out in such a way that they highlight the originality and the typicity of each grape variety.
